How it works
- The user accesses your phone service
- VoxTel fetches his user profile from a CRM. It shows that as a returning client, he's eligible for 5 minutes of usage at a discounted 0.99$ per minute
- VoxTel applies the special price
- The user uses the service for more than 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes, VoxTel automatically sets the per-minute rate back to the regular price
- The user hangs up and the total cost of his call is charged directly on his phone bill
